Glendalough Wild Botanical Gin has launched across 34 Be At One sites in the UK, you can find Glendalough Gin in the new gin cocktail ‘Peach Cup’ on Be At One’s Autumn/ Winter cocktail menu.
Known for its locally foraged natural ingredients and sustainability, Glendalough Gin is foraged by one person - botanist & wild foodie Geraldine Kavanagh in the Irish mountains. The seasonal Peach Cup cocktail includes spiced clementine juice, Aperol, Glendalough Wild Botanical Gin, crushed ice with a delicate edible flower.

Glendalough Distillery will be inviting Be At One bartenders on a foraging expedition in the Wicklow mountains in 2019 with head forager Geraldine. Bartenders will experience a full days foraging, learning about the botanicals in Glendalough’s gin and the distilling process at the distillery in Ireland.
